Inn Policies

Deposit policy:
The Rochester Inn, a historic hotel, is not an advance deposit hotel for single room reservations. A major credit card will guarantee your stay. All balances are due upon check-out. Deposits may be required for multiple reservations.
 
Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel your single reservation for any reason anytime between now and 21 days prior to 3:00 P.M. on the date of your arrival, there will be a $30 processing fee. If you cancel within 21 days of your arrival, one night stay will be charged to your credit card. If a deposit has been taken and cancellation occurs within 21 days of your arrival, deposits are forfeited.
 
Check-In:
Check-in time. Upon making your reservation, we will ask your approximate time of arrival. We may call to confirm your ETA as we are aware that it may change due to traffic or construction.
 
Check-Out:
Check-out: 11:00 A.M.
 
Additional People:
Each room rate reflects double occupancy. Some of our rooms are able to accommodate additional people if needed, so please inquire in advance. There is a $25.00 additional charge for each additional person, per night, including breakfast.
